Cratloe Energy Master plan Survey

The latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report suggests we still have time to protect our children and grandchildren from the worst disasters of climate change, but only just. We need to move quickly and implement all the big and small fixes immediately.
An important thing we can do individually and as a community is to reduce our energy usage and move to sustainable renewable sources of energy. To help plan for this Cratloe Community Council are working with ORS to produce an Energy Master plan for Cratloe.

A key starting point for this plan is a survey of every household in the community to make sure all proposals are based on the actual reality of our energy usage in Cratloe.

We invite every household in Cratloe to complete the survey. Help us to come up with a plan that directly addresses the energy reduction needs of your household.

The survey is principally an online survey. You can access the survey by clicking on this link or by scanning the QR code below

The Sustainable Cratloe group is a sub committee of Cratloe Community Council. Our aim is to work with our friends and neighbours to make Cratloe a more sustainable community.

The purpose of this website is to invite you to have a look at what we are doing and hopefully join us in the biggest challenge that faces our planet and our future.

We have identified a number of areas that we have started to work on. There is a lot more that needs to be done and we can't wait for someone else to do it.

We want to work together as a community to reduce the amount of energy we use and to work to protect biodiversity.

We especially want to hear the voices of our young people who will carry the burden of climate change.
